Chocolate/Peanut Butter Chip Bars:
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 bag of chocolate chip bag (12 oz or whatever the regular size is and can do any type of chocolate that is your favorite)
1/2 bag of peanut chip bag (12 oz pkg)
1 cup chopped nuts (we have always skipped this but for those people who like nuts...)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Spread into greased cookie pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

We usually make two batches at once - need to use up the other chips ;) Hope you like them

Hope you enjoy them :D sometimes I've found it is harder to use old recipes as things aren't exactly like they were before (ingredients I mean)
