From chocolate-covered memories to heart-warming hijinks, we want to see pages that sparkle with humor, nostalgia, and classic sitcom charm. Whether you’re scrapbooking romance, mishaps, or moments that made you say, “Lucy, you’ve got some scrap-pin’ to do!” — this month it's all about having fun while you create.
So dust off those vintage vibes, channel your inner red-headed troublemaker, and let your creativity run wild (just… maybe not as wild as a conveyor belt full of truffles). Because around here, we don’t just scrapbook . . .
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
It looked identical…
But it wasn’t.
It was talent, timing, and creativity at work.
This challenge is inspired by that iconic scene.
Your Mission:
Choose a layout from another member, Pinterest, social media, or even one of your own past pages, and “mirror” it by scraplifting the design.
But here’s the twist, you must change at least three elements:
• Color palette
• Theme
• Photo size or number
• Orientation (portrait/landscape)
• Title style
• Embellishment choices
Don’t forget to upload your inspiration layout along with your creation.
My inspiration is a Becki Adams page
