Good Morning!
What's everyone up to today?

I was up early today so decided to go out and do some more weeding. Just as I finished, our yard guy came by. He lucked out and didn't have much weeding to do but he trimmed all the bushes.
Today we are going to look at scooters for dh. His Dr. said he'd write an RX for one and then medicare will pay for most of it. Dh really does need one so he (we) won't be homebound so much. Right now he uses his walker but it tires him out quickly. His new meds are really doing a number on him, hopefully he'll be able to get off them in June. But he's a trooper and isn't giving up!
So, probably no scrapping today but at least I got some done yesterday after fighting with my Cricut....it's probably just user error but I finally got it to work! :D

I’ve been sick all weekend, I’m going to go see a family doctor. It isn’t my doctor because apparently my doctor is retiring and I had to get a new primary care physician. My doctor is there part time only, but I also need a couple of referrals. Recently I’ve been diagnosed with all kinds of issues. One of them being adrenaline insufficiency, which is life threatening and now I have to carry a purse to hold an emergency injection in case I go into a crisis. There’s still more tests and specialists to see. What a mess.

Tracy glad to hear you are getting a scooter for DH. I know sometimes men can be stubborn and too proud to use one but once it gives him more freedom he will be glad he made the move. My MIL kept my FIL from using a cane and he was falling all the time. Funny how getting old is so much harder if we make it be,
Lolis so sorry to hear that you are having issues. hoping they will all be resolved soon and you can enjoy being retired.
It's a little windy again today. It is a stay at home day for me today so I am hoping to clean out another corner in the scrap room or a cupboard in the kitchen. I need to get my organizing game back on. I've already done the ironing. It helps if I get to it when there are only five pieces versus ten. I also have a load of laundry in the washer. DH is at physical therapy and he works the matinee shift. And we don't have to feed the animals tonight so we can hopefully go to the theater room and watch a show.
Happy Monday!!

Tracy, hope the scooter gives you and your hubby more freedom.
Lolis, hope you're on the mend soon so you can enjoy retirement.
Tamara, have fun decluttering.

It's a stay at home day for me. I've got treats dehydrating in the oven for my moms dogs. Need to unload the dishwasher and reload it. No major plans today.

He has it too. Both of us got the Paxlovid medication. The doctor said that after all the Mother’s Day gatherings there was a huge increase on Covid and flu cases.
