Happy St.Patrick's Day.....do you do anything special on this day?

Nothing here....I did make a St. Patty's wreath for on the Stampin' Cottage door but other than that...no green beer or green food here.

nope....nothing exciting here either....I'll probably have G wear something green to document the day, and take a pic or two to scrap later on....

St. Patrick's day is the anniversary of when hubby and I started dating so we usually do something but Dylan is sick so I guess not today.

Yes!! I am irish I wear all green. My DIL did the cutest thing for my grandkids. She did a list of clues that they followed to lead to their pot of gold. It is her sons first year in school so he kept talking about it so she thought she better get in board They woke up at 6:30 just as excited as Christmas morning! This is all new for her. I think the celebrations start with the young kids. We never did anything like that when I was little except celebrate my sisters birthday. lol But as soon as my kids went to school and learned about the leprechaun they would set a trap and expect a treat. I was at a scrap retreat so it was pretty fun. The leprechaun stacked all our garbage cans into a tower at our table. They left green paper footprints and shamrocks. they took my stickles and put them in a line to spell the word hi. One lady had her cards she was making all lined up and they put some old scrap product on each of the and she thought they had stuck them down. One girl came dressed as a leprechaun and brought us cupcakes. It was really a fun crop!
