FEBRUARY 22: ANIME' and STREET FAIRS

Anna loves all things anime', so she was thrilled to get tickets from her parents for the anime' convo last weekend in Milwaukee. She put together her own outfit and enjoyed the various activities with her friends. Her brothers loved the video arcade.



For this challenge, please create something happy, colorful, bright and fun. Carnivals, birthday parties, street fairs, weddings are things that come to mind.

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their online store of choice.

*any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.
