Cookin' Up Creations

It's Show Me the Love month here at Cookin' Up Creations and today I am showing my love for scraps! Yes, scraps! I love 'em. I save all my scraps, even the teeny tiny ones that most people would throw away. As I was looking for a challenge to post this morning (yes, this morning because I'm a procrastinator) I looked over at my box of scraps that was running over. I grabbed a handful of paper and 1 hour later, I called this layout DONE! Not a lot of embellishments, other than a few eyelets and snaps.





As always, a new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' Up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

*Any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.

WOW, Jan! Great timing. I just looked ...and there you were posting this fabulous challenge. My scraps could make a huge mosaic church window LOL
I love the awesome display of colors! We've had so much dark skies that some color is more than welcome. Great example. I'm eager to get caught up and to start on this challenge.
