Feb 12 - Patterned Papers

Since we’re showing the love this month I thought we’d show some love for all our patterned papers. I would like you to use at least 3 busy patterned papers on your layout with no plain cardstock other than a photo mat if you want. Along with that, if you have any really old embellishments let’s show them some love too. My old embellishment I used is the Tim Holtz Fragment on top of Our Happy Place. Remember those?!!

A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their online store of choice.

*any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.

This was a very fun challenge! I used 5 different patterned papers! It was a challenge not to use any cardstock! Thanks for the challenge!

i normally use cardstock background but these race papers where perfect for my photos. old from 2007
