5-15 2019 MAD ABOUT SKETCHES

Post by BarbP » Wed May 15, 2019 3:07 pm

Join us all month long as we celebrate our Annual - Mad about Sketches featuring sketches provided to us from the very talented ladies at the Sketches in Thyme Blog.

Each Blue Plate Special challenge that is posted during the Month of May will also have an example provided from the Design Team Members from that blog. I'm looking forward to seeing their examples and sharing them here.

Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Wednesday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.

Prize will be a $10 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

*any month that we have more than 50 completed layouts/creations, the prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate instead of $10.
Here is today's sketch, designed by the talented Sketches in Thyme designer Sara Scraps:

And here's my layout:

Be sure to post your completed sketch in the Gallery and in this thread!

This is my next sketch challenge. What a beautiful job everyone has done so far using this sketch! I grabbed a nice photo Terri sent me recently and I'm on the way to create.
I've been either working outside or running errands so far this month. When I can't work outdoors, it's too dark to take photos of my LOs. What a BUMMER!

That's a great layout, Tamara!

Karen, I'm looking forward to seeing your layout with this sketch!

Lisa Moen is one of our best scrappers at SIT. Her work is always amazing.

I agree with Barb - love this layout. Is the pole a part of the paper or a seperate embellishment?

The pole is separate. I raided dh's tackle box for the hook.
