This is a recipe my mom used to make and I continue to make. It is very yummy!
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 large can sauerkraut
1 cup green peppers, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 small jar of red pimentos
Mix oil, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil and take off heat and cool. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Pour cooled mixture over other ingredients and refrigerate. This tastes really good after being in the refrigerator for a day to more.
