Cookin' Up Creations

How do I download the files I just bought at The Cut Shoppe? I got the email, I clicked on the links. It took me to a page and I clicked on the image but nothing downloaded (or if it did, it did not go to my Downloads folder and it didn't show up in the little bar on the bottom of the screen like all my other downloads do).

Does anyone know how to download these purchases?
