Here's my layout (sorry for the bad lighting. It was dark and rainy all afternoon. I'll get a better pic tomorrow, but I didn't want to forget to post it before deadline)
My gold items were: Arrow behind the title; musical notes; detailing on the phonograph die cut; rim of the pull tab on the journaling card; the center of the record embellishment (looks dark but it is gold); and the gold stripe down each title letter. I used two kinds/sizes of cork stars

I used two different gold alphabets for the title, gold ribbon, a chipboard arrow painted gold and a gold pen for lining the edges of the cardstock
The wood items are the ampersand (which I painted gold and the banner with the word gorgeous at the top
