Soup of the Day 7-5-23 Amy Jo

Sorry this is late. I'm having a really hard time with the days of the week this week. I thought the week went like this Sunday, Monday, 4th of July, Tuesday, Wednesday, Wednesday, and then I realised the 4th and Tuesday were the same day and there is only one Wednesday in the week! Anyone else having this problem?
