A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.

When I think of the Red, White and Blue of our country I think of summer picnics. The food, family and friends, games etc. I think of the blanket on the grass or on the sand at the beach with the paper plates filled with food and kids playing games.
