12/29 Walking the Runway

Whether it's Fashion Week in New York or your local malls charity fundraiser . . .
Haute Couture is where it's at.
Join us all month long as we post challenges based on the exclusive and often trend-setting designs that we call Fashion.
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
Today we are talking about walking the runway. When you are a model walking the runway, they must give their best pose to highlight what they are wearing to show what amazing things are on trend for the fashion show. So your challenge today is to do a layout using pattern paper as your background. Many times the designs for the future are abstract so choose a background that fits your style. Also add some bling (since that stands out and sparkles as you walk along) also you want to pop or stand out. use some pop dots on your page as well. Don't forget the judges are taking notes so for a bonus write some journaling!

We are also nearing the end of the month so just scrap and enjoy!
