Sorry ladies, I got up and made waffles and jumped right into my chores washing sheets and making beds. I forgot to come down first thing to get this posted.

Cowboys spend a lot of time around the campfire at night cooking food, telling stories and looking at the stars.
My challenge to you is to do a Black monochromatic layout ( representing the dark nights) that tells a story. Add an extra shape (represents the dreaming looking at the sky and connecting the stars into different shapes.) I used hexagons.

Yes this is a picture of me when I was three years old. I love that I am wearing Sunday shoes in the dirt, hanging by the fence. But hey I have my gun and holster ready . So get your thinking caps on.....Can't wait to see your story shine on your layout.

I was just thinking how our generation had cap guns to play with , we built forts and protected ourselves from the enemy. We used out imagination, made up stories, etc. Today cap guns are pretty much extinct and real guns are out of control. The world has spiraled into mass production and real people die as an innocent bystander. I would love to take my grandchildren back to simpler times.

Here's mine. I used circle and star shapes. The black and white was HARD! (But I did find more b/w supplies than I thought I would.)
The page tells the story of our recent football game day experience.

I used lots of shapes on this one. Rectangles, circles, labels.
