Welcome to another Cut File Challenge here at Cookin' up Creations - this month, we're going to be working with another Free Cut File from Paper Issues.

Below is Patti's creation using the Happy Birthday Circles (free cut file from Paper Issues).

If we get more than three (3) participants - then this ongoing challenge will provide a random winner a $5 gift certificate from Cookin' Up Creations.

All participants have until the last day of each month at 6:00 pm EST ( approx 2-1/2 weeks) to upload their creations into the Cookin’ up Creations gallery, and then link it back to this specific challenge thread.
