Join us all month long in January as we post challenges with the focus of scrapping with our unused stash!
Let's face it, we all have a scrappy stash …. things that we are hoarding, forgot we had, never got around to using … yeah, you know you have it, too!
So join us as we say “OUT WITH THE OLD . . . IN WITH THE NEW!”
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favourite online store (random drawing).....
Morning All on this lovely Saturday Morning
Out with the Old and in with the New . My challenge today is create a page using some of that old lace you may have in your stash, I know since I Have packed up , how much old lace I have as I have found some that still had Pounds shillings and pence marked on it, so it was purchased before Feb 1966 as that was when we converted to decimal currency. Old ribbon or lace again with some old papers, I have used old lace and some old papers.

The oldest I have is from my Bridesmaid dresses at my wedding !

I used old lace to frame the picture as well as old lace paper which I have had since my husband quit scrapping
in 2001. I don't know how long he had it. The youngest child in this picture is my dad.

Beth. Love your page. Great use of the strips of dog related paper, the ribbon and so many photos
