Join us all month long in January as we post challenges with the focus of scrapping with our unused stash!
Let's face it, we all have a scrappy stash …. things that we are hoarding, forgot we had, never got around to using … yeah, you know you have it, too!
So join us as we say “OUT WITH THE OLD . . . IN WITH THE NEW!”
A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday (sketch), Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations in the Cookin' up Creations Gallery.
Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....
For my challenge today, I'm continuing to use up my stash of Christmas paper. For this project, I dipped into a supply of Crate Paper materials to feature this picture of my daughter enjoying a fancy coffee at Christmas in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania last month. I also reached for a flag die cut I had in a basket on my desk along with a strip of gingham ribbon. My challenge to use is to continue to use up a stash of paper you have been using this month along with finding two additional items you find lying around in your scrap area. I can't wait to see what you create!
