SQOTD 9/2

Post by Jan Mosier »

Each of you received a small bag of eyelets in the mail. Now tell me how you would use them on your scrapbook page?

This is a pretend question so you can't use the excuse, I don't have a eyelet setter.......and each answer needs to be different.

I would use them like I would enamel dots or confetti.....one here, one there.

I like using them to reinforce the holes on tags. Or to attached pockets to my pages.
And sometimes I add them to the center of flowers.

Years ago, I've used them on a page to as an anchor to run twine through and then tie.

I'm thinking holidays....I would use an eyelet to have different levels of dropping objects. Like spiderwebs, or Christmas ornaments. I like how that looks on a page. :)

My eyelets are creating a border across the page....they are all different sizes so it is creating lots of movement.

I would give them to a friend that could do them justice. I'm not an eyelet fan and I sent all of mine far, far away when brads were invented!
