Do you ever find it tough when you are doing a challenge to add a required item to a layout, especilly one you really like how it is turning out?

I admit that I have at times just finished a layout I started for a challenge the way I want it and skipped the challenge or made a different layout.

The other day doing one of the sketch challenges, I was liking my layout and afraid the washing tape required would take away from layout. But I ended up liking it, glad I followed through.

Yes I do, especially when it takes away from the layout or if it's a specific product like glitter...I don't do glitter! Because in the end I have to be the one happy with it.
