Do you keep a list of things you want/need for crafting? You know kind of like a grocery list? If so where and how do you keep it?

I have a large post it note by my monitor. If I stumble across something that I need or want, I'll add it to the list. Then maybe once a month I'll sit down and browse the web and place an order. . . (save on shipping)
