I go through my scraps before cutting up a whole sheet of paper.

False......which is why my scrap bucket runneth over.

I don't but I should this way I use up the paper scraps , I have a whole drawer full of paper scraps

I have so many that I don't even save them anymore. It just creates havoc. LOL I only check my scraps occasionally and that is not often.

False, unless it's a piece of patterned paper that came with a kit, and I keep the scraps with the kit.
