Do you ever, or have you ever started, or even finished, a layout without knowing what photo you're going to use?

Yes sometimes I just pull out paper packs and make LOs knowing that some day I will have picture for them

only once is a forum contest that told you different steps to a layout , when we were done with the layout we had to add a picture

I can't say I have. I pretty much always start with the pictures I want to scrap.
