When you make cards for a card swap, do you make extra for yourself or just enough to swap?

I usually try to make my cards coordinate with what I need most for instance baby cards or wedding cards. I always make extras in case there is a friend sitting by me that didn't get one of my cards or so I can have extras for myself

No. I usually just scramble to make one when I need one. I really need to get better about making cards and then sending them out.
