What do you think is a fair price to charge for a 12 x 12 scrapbook page?

Depends on how many embellishments, is it one page or two? I did a scrapbook for a salesman a long time ago. By the time I was finished it was $105. Every pages was between $3-$5 I was generous though and it was a long time ago. I don't have current experience, my guess is it would be $7-$8 a page

I would say a minimum of $5 for sure.

I have no idea but if you buy a pre-cut scrapbook page kits it is usually around $16 for a double page.
