Do you often scrap with black and white photos? What determines it?

I mostly do color. The only time I have scrapped back and white is when I did old photos from my parents generation.

Don't really change photos to black and white. Have not done a black and white in a long while.

Occasionally I convert photos to black and white if the colors are "off" or muddy, or if the lighting is weird.

Very rarely do I do that; I usually just leave them "as is"
