Who do you use to make your photos ready to insert here?

I have always used photobucket but now that they are starting to charge a monthly fee, it is becoming such a hassle to use their sight. Any suggestions so I can keep posting here?

I just use Microsoft Picture Manager on my computer.

I use a resizer website on the internet

https://www.reduceimages.com/index.php

I believe you can also use Paint to resize the images

I have a program on my computer called scan and stitch and then I just resize them for uploading.
