Scrap QOTD April 26

Post by Jan Mosier »

Have any of you tried the packaging technique that Missy Whidden is constantly doing in her Youtube videos?

I tried it a couple of times with little success. Of course I was using gelatos at the time and the colors are not as vibrant as the mists and creams that Missy uses. I plan to try it again with watercolor and Tim Holtz's distress ink pads.

If you are talking about what I think you are than, yes, but I leaned the technique several years ago using Tim Holtz distress Products. I do love using the water color crayons for this technique. This was the last one I did but only used one color and it was actually done with a water color pencil.

Have not tried the packaging technique yet; I need to watch more videos on it yet before I totally understand it ;)
