When scrapping - what causes you to scrap with black and white photos?

For me I like the look.... but mostly it's because the colors in the pic clash with the papers I want to use.

I use them when colors don't work but usually when I want the picture to help tell the story or set a mood.

This is something I rarely ever do; I need to do this more often

When I don't like the background in the photo I will usually print it in black and white.
