Do you journal on all pages or just some?

I try to journal on all pages but sometimes I just write some info on the back.

Not on all, but when I do it's usually printed on a piece of pattern paper or journaling spot, on a tag tucked behind something or on the back of the layout.

Sometimes I leave the journaling for later, and I end up not doing it at all.

I journal on esvh layout, even if it's only a couple of lines.
