Today’s recipe is from my mother.
Tortilla Roll Ups
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs Italian Sausage.................................Use Buttons, Brads or Enamel Dots
2 cups Cottage Cheese.................................Use Polkadot Paper or Splatters
2 TBSP Flour..............................................Use White Cardstock
1 tsp Oregano,Basil & ½ tsp Garlic Powder.........Use Sequins, Stickles, Gems
3 cups Spaghetti Sauce.................................Use Red Papers
10 large Tortillas.........................................Use Round Shapes
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese...........................UseTwine, String or Ribbon
Cook Sausage, then stir in Cottage Cheese and Flour.
Add spices to Spaghetti Sauce, then stir ½ cup sauce into sausage mixture
Spoon ⅓ cup meat mixture onto each Tortilla and roll up. Place seam side down.
Pour sauce over and bake at 375 for 35-40 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake til it melts.
