Join us for some fun times as we countdown to Christmas. Starting December 1, the countdown will feature a daily post that may be a holiday tip, a fun activity, a game, a challenge, a recipe, or other surprises!

You will want to check in every day because you never know when Santa might leave a scrapping goodie for you to claim!

Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to A CHERRY ON TOP (random drawing).....



1 ½ Cup Fresh Cranberries
1 Lemon
1 Grapefruit
1 Apple
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 Tbsp Vanilla
3-4 small Pine Tree Branches
Water

Slice lemons, apples and grapefruit. Add to pot and bring to a slow boil. Let simmer on the stove.

Do you just smell it whole it's boiling or can you bag it up and hold the scent like for a gift? Any idea...

You can give it as a gift. You would use whole fruits, and you could substitute an orange for the grapefruit and lemon. Place them in a clear plastic bag with the instructions on the tag.
