Let’s Go on A Fall Walk
The first weekend of fall, my family would take a fall walk through our pasture, across the creek, and into the woods where there was an old slaughterhouse. The roof was caved in and there was a rusty old metal bed frame in the stone building. The kids would make up stories about the building and who lived there….always filled with great imagination and laughs. On the way home, we would collect fall leaves which would be dipped in paraffin and used to decorate the table. Dinner was always a pot of homemade soup and fresh-baked bread.
Your challenge is to take one of the elements of the story I just told you and create a LO that represents it.
Examples could be people walking, fall leaves, an old building, storytelling, laughing, creating a decoration, sharing a meal, etc.
