I’ve been practicing modern calligraphy, I hope to get better, at least good enough to use it on my scrapbook pages.

The technique of completion. I'm going to try to finish some of the albums and not skip around from year to year so much. Not really a technique but it is something I need to focus on.

This past year I've enjoyed playing with chalk pastels; that will continue. I also bought a few Copic pens and I'm starting to experiment with them also.

Not a new technique but I would like to get more comfortable with mixed media.
