Scrap Question of the Day - 02/14/2024

Did you make any Valentine's Day cards this year? Were they planned ahead? Did you have an idea in your head long before sitting down to create them?

I made a total of 4 cards. Two were for a sketch challenge FB site and the others were just off the top of my head....I can't even remember what they were and I didn't take pics of them either.

No, I didn't make any. I have a hard time sending the cards I make. Have a drawer full.

We made some last night at an activity. There were just doilies, crafty sparkle hearts and 6x6 papers. So yes it was off the top of my head. I tore strips of heart paper along the bottom, then fussy cut the hearts out of the pattern paper. It was challenging for me because they were craft supplies gluing with a glue stick and no bling! haha I did one with a doily hear shaped and then added fussy cut lips. We gave them away so I was good with that.
On another note, i have a shoebox full of Valentines already made at retreats. I used one of those for DH

I made 5 and mailed them all out. Well maybe 7 in total. I made some mini ones to send out to my great niece and nephew and Patti

I didn’t get to send mine! I wanted to take some to school for my scrapbooking friends but I couldn’t find them this morning.

I made a couple for challenges. Kyle walked over yesterday to get one for Brandy.
