Ahoy Maties! Join us all month long as we head off on an epic Pirate Adventure. Challenges this month will be "Pirate" themed, but broad enough for interpretation on so many levels. Batten Down the Hatches, it's gonna be a fun month.

Remember - A new Blue Plate Special challenge is posted each Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and participants have until the 3rd of the following month to complete and post their creations.


Every Pirate needs his friendly companion, a parrot! Today's challenge is to use the colors of a parrot to create the background of your LO. You can post a picture of a parrot with the colors you like or use the one I posted. Please put your parrot picture with your LO so we can see how you transferred the colors of your parrot to your page.

Prize will be a $20 Gift Certificate to their favorite online store (random drawing).....

*Winner will be chosen via Random.Org.
