Village Inn has a strawberry-rhubarb that I always get when Mom and I do free pie Wednesdays. But probably my absolute favorite is the coconut cream pie at Myrtle's Cafe back in Princeton. The owner uses his grandmother's crust recipe (hands-down best!! crust) and his filling is perfect. When/if I get back there, I'll be calling ahead to be sure he's got it when I get there!
