Did you go to any fireworks displays over July 4th this year? Did you or your neighbors shoot off any fireworks?




There were people all around our area shooting off fireworks Tuesday evening from about 5 until 10. Some of them were actually pretty nice, and we watched from our yard. It made for a fairly LOUD evening though! There was a city fireworks display Tuesday evening on the Riverwalk with live music accompanying it, but we didn't go.

We actually did not do a single thing on the 4th - didn't even leave the house! Randy didn't feel well.
There were lots of fireworks shot in our neighborhood and near our neighborhood. We live outside the city limits.
My dogs were very scared!

No, we try to avoid the fireworks. Too many animals getting spooked and running off or hurting themselves.

There were lots of fireworks in our area, but we didn't go to any. We settled for watching my teenage nieces set off their smoke bombs and pop-its in the backyard, LOL!

nope not this year. we are pretty boring, huh? But on the 24th we are going to see some spectacular fireworks at an outdoor theatre after we see Shrek. It will be amazing!!

We went to my sister's house on Saturday for fireworks, then the 4th was rainy and not many going off around us that night. We are planning to shoot off ours this Saturday night - not too many, but it will be fun and a good display.
