We have nothing planned. my knees, ankles and feet still aren't up to much walking, and Mom's gait has been a bit shaky lately. I worry about her falling. We live in the "high desert", so there aren't as many public fireworks displays as there were in Illinois. Probably the most excitement we'll get is carry-out for dinner or a Dairy Queen treat. That's fine with me; I'd rather watch the Twilight Zone 4th of July Marathon than see fireworks anyway.
We had a bbq and fireworks display last night with my side of the family. It's supposed to be rainy here on the 4th, but we will probably buy a few fireworks to shoot off next weekend when it's supposed to be clear.
Not sure just yet.....we are scheduled to go to the inlaws for lunch. Still waiting on Jackie to decide whether she'll be able to make the trip or not. If she can't, then we'll probably just stay home.
No plans here either. Jack has to work that evening and I will be home with the dogs. They are afraid of the noise so I will crank up the ac unit in the crate room and put a radio on for them.
