RQUOTD 9.22.20

Post by Wendy »

Good morning!

Which do you prefer?

Candles
Wax Melts
Plugins
Aerosols

I love my Scentsy wax melts! I used to be a huge fan of candles. I put them on the mantle, but the black marks on the walls were ridiculous. I can't leave them on tabletops or anything like that, so I gave up.

wax melts although I don't use them much. DH turns them off if I have them on. He has a sensitive nose.

I like the look of candles flickering at night but most times I have the ceiling fan going so I won't light them. I love the use of wax melts but the scent doesn't seem to last long enough. I'm thinking of trying an oil diffuser to see how I like it. I just need to do a little research first to see which essential oils I can use around the animals.

candle warmers for me too. . .I have many (and I do mean many) candles, but like Jan I tend to have the ceiling fans on all the time.

I absolutely LOVE scents but with asthma I can't have any of them. :( I have to use battery operated candles if I want anything like that. :(

For those of you who use plug-ins, make sure when they're done/used up you unplug them! The rehab center that my Dad was in was under an assisted living place. One of the old ladies had put a plug-in scent thing and never unplugged it and it caught fire! They had quite a mess on their hands as a result! So please be careful!
