I'm in the northeastern part of SC and it's around the mid 80's today with a likelihood of rain in the forecast for the rest of the week.

Are you in the mountains? GORGEOUS there...Love Asheville. We are thinking of heading to the Outer Banks for Thanksgiving break this year.

Every afternoon it gets cloudy with thunder and lightning but no rain. Our city is a foot below our normal summer rain levels. I can't wait for cooler weather!
YIKES! But what I wouldn't give to see a palm tree about now...Been WAY TOO LONG...

We are 2 hours from Asheville in the foothills by Boone...Appalachian State. Kind of in the middle of nowhere.
