RQOTD: August 28th

Post by LisanTexas »

What is your favorite restaurant?

All the restaurants here are still operating at very low capacity, most don't have a full menu and since you can't tell if you will have to wait an hour to get a seat or if they will have the item you went for on the menu I have not went to a restaurant in a few months so I am dreaming of when they open up fully! My fav is Red Lobster! I love the shrimp scampi!

We haven't eaten out til just recently while on vacation. We mostly ate at Cracker Barrel since that was all that was open near the hotels we stayed at but I'm not a big fan of Cracker Barrel except for breakfast. My favorite restaurant is a local chain called Takis that serves greek, italian and pizza and it's all good. As for chains my fav is Ruby Tuesday, I just love their salad bar.

There is an Italian place by us that has amazing food! I started out with the pizza and was so happy!
Now every time we go back, I try a different dish. Everything is so good! I usually stick with the different pasta dishes, but we have also tried the steaks and chicken dishes. Never disappointed.

My favorite places to eat are open, but typically we are getting them to go unless we can sit outside. Chain wise, we eat at Chick-Fil-A about 2 times a week. That place is a well oiled machine. It's the fastest fast food in my area. I think the pandemic only made them even more efficient!

Favorite fast food is probably CFA with Wendy's being a close second. Favorite sub shop, Firehouse Subs.......I love their brisket subs. Favorite sit down is probably Mr. B's which is a family owned restaurant that has a home cooked buffet.

I absolutely love Qdoba! That would have to be my favorite.

We don't have a CFA here or a Zaxby's, but whenever I'm in the south those are must places to go as well.

I'd hafta say Texas Roadhouse I think. There's a little place here in town called David Allen Allen's (a smokehouse) that has good food.
