Do you listen to audiobooks?


I don't anymore but at one of my jobs where we weren't allowed to talk because we were under time constraints we listened to them all the time.
Great way to pass the day!

I don't but the hubby does. I'd rather have a real book. I've even tried a Kindle and it wasn't the same

Yes, I like to listen to audio books when I walk, clean the house, wait in the car for daughter...But I do like regular books. I love the smell of them. Kinda like the smell of a fresh box of crayons or play-doh. Just a happy smell.

When I worked occasionally I would listen on the way too and from work but that's it. I haven't listened to one in a very long time. I would have to be in the car by MYSELF is that was to happen.

I love the smell of new books, too! It’s just I that I have to make room for my paper, even though I still buy a few books, 10-12 per year, I get more ebooks than anything. Sometimes if the ebook is good, I go and buy the book. When I looove a book, I read it, listen to the audiobook, and watch the movie if available and reread the book when I buy the hard copy.

When I am traveling I do. Makes the trip go faster but I sometimes find myself sitting in my car at a gas station or outside the hotel because I can't go in until the chapter is finished.
