TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot express how happy I am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My daughter has been working with me until she leaves for college in a few weeks. She has a morning ritual where she does a skin care routine and then cannot leave the house until her makeup is done. Therefore, we are late for work almost every day...lol. Luckily, they are pretty lax on when we get here.

Do you wear makeup every day?

I do not wear makeup every day. The last time I wore makeup was my daughter's wedding almost 4 years ago. I used to refuse to leave the house with a "naked face". Then I realized I could be more productive in the morning. I'd rather work on dinner prep or run a load of laundry than spend 15-20 minutes on makeup in the morning.

I haven't done a full face of make up since March. Now if I have to go somewhere, a touch of eyeliner and mascara. That's it. Wonder if the lipstick industry is suffering with all the mask requirements happening now?

I only wear make up for weddings and funerals I can't get out of.

What's makeup? I think I wore it at my daughter's wedding last. I got my hair done and as a surprise, the salon did my makeup.

I don’t wear make up, however my skin gets irritated from time to time, so for my Zoom meetings I was wearing concealer over my red spots.

Once I retired I stopped wearing makeup everyday and now only wear it to parties.

Oh I got interrupted after writing a whole paragraph. The door bell rang and when i got back it had timed out. when I logged back in my response was gone. Basically it said I used to never go a day without makeup but now I have worn makeup less this last year than in my whole life. Although it only takes me five minutes or less. I don't wear a lot. I only wear makeup now if I leave the house!

Makeup, what's makeup? I own lipstick and mascara and I think that's it. I need to wear that occasionally just so I remember what it is like. I too feel like I make better use of my time not fooling with it.

I wear make up everyday during the week for work, and then on the weekends if we have plans.
