Would you rather be at the ocean, a lake or a pool?

I love the ocean and playing in the waves.

I've always loved the beach but prefer to go when it's not crowded (before COVID). I like to walk the strand collecting shells or sit in a chair with my feet buried in the sand watching the waves crash towards the strand.

I would LOVE to be the at ocean right now. We don't get there very often and I miss it

Ocean. Love looking at the sand formations after the tide goes down, love the smell, the sound, but as Jan said...I want it to myself and not share it with thousands of others.

Looks like I am breaking trend! The Lake. Is it because I grew up surrounded my mountains and beautiful nature or is it I don't like the sand in my toes and the dry feeling it creates.

When I was a little girl, we would go to the lake a lot. I miss the good all days!
