I use body wash. I've been using the same body wash from Bath and Body works for years.

Both. Soap mostly, but I keep a bottle of body wash in the shower in case I forget to put a new bar of soap out.

soap; I have to be very careful about body washes, etc (anything that has scents) as I can be allergic
