I've had Yahoo for a LONG time and no problems. I clean out my "Internet Options" at least twice a day. It clears all the cookies if you select that option. I also mark things as spam and I delete all the spam too. I don't have too much trouble with it.

We have Comcast and Google. We get a pretty fair amount of spam, which I dump right away. I also remove the sender site from our email.
