RQOTD 3/14/2020

It's been almost a week now, have you adjusted to the time change yet?


We still have not adjusted yet. It's 1 a.m. before I go to bed and I'm sleeping in until 8:30 or so. I use to feed the dogs at 8 and 5, now it's 9 and 6.

No I hate it. It affect my sleep and how I feel when I exercise (I feel sluggish cuz getting up earlier to my body)

I've adjusted, and love the daylight in the evening. Now let's just keep it this way!

I'm used to it! Love the longer daylight hours!

I adjusted ,and I like the longer days and be outside

I guess as well as can be expected. It's deceiving though as it's still quite dark when I get up in the am, when I'm used to the sun shining in the window.

I think so. Being retired it's very easy to accommodate just sleep into eight one day and get up at 7:00 the next. 😊
