Do you have a manual or electric toothbrush? I have a manual but my dentist recommends an electric one.

I have both!
working for a dentist for forty years he always suggested that kids don't use them because they tend to get lazy and not do a good job. It really depends on the child. However as we age an electric toothbrush really helps a lot. I use one at least once a week, my DH uses one every night.

I have both - use my electric in the morning and manual at night. I have done that about 2 years now

We tried electric but didn't like them and went back to our manual ones.
