No home improvements for a while. We remodeled the kitchen, laundry room and bathroom several years ago and I'm not ready to live through another renovation with 12 dogs. However, I do plan to have a 3 bay metal garage built for the backyard. I need something to park Jack's El Camino in and it will double as a work space for Kyle.
we're tossing the idea of building a deck off the back door, but really haven't committed one way or another to it. . . last year we had to do the sidewalks, and prior to that we put up the wooden fence for the dog (and Jackies when they come to visit)
